By opting in to receive SMS/MMS messages from Proven Bookings Marketing (“we”, “us”), you agree to these SMS Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Service.

1. Program description & frequency

We send account, booking, and promotional text messages (SMS/MMS). Message frequency varies (e.g., marketing 1–8 msgs/month; transactional as needed).

2. Opt-in consent

Opt in by submitting a form with your mobile number and consent checkbox, texting a designated keyword to our number, or otherwise providing express consent compliant with TCPA/CTIA and applicable law. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

3. Opt-out & help

Reply STOP to cancel at any time (we’ll confirm).

4. Message & data rates

Message/data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier coverage and device.

6. Eligibility

You must be the mobile account holder or authorized user and at least 18 (or age of majority in your jurisdiction).

7. Privacy

We process your mobile number and message content per our Privacy Policy (see https://provenbookingsmarketing.com/privacy). We do not share your consent or number with third parties for their own marketing without your consent.

8. Data changes & consent updates

If you change or deactivate your mobile number, notify us and opt in again with the new number. We may verify consent records as required.
